太陽能控制器的選擇要點

一、退出保護電壓
    善于觀察的人就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)太(tai)陽(yang)能路(lu)燈在使用了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)段(duan)時間(jian)后(hou)(hou),尤其(qi)是連續(xu)陰(yin)雨天(tian)之(zhi)后(hou)(hou),路(lu)燈就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)連續(xu)幾天(tian)甚至很多天(tian)不亮,檢測蓄(xu)電(dian)池電(dian)壓也(ye)(ye)正常,控(kong)制器、燈也(ye)(ye)都沒(mei)有故障。這(zhe)個(ge)問題(ti)曾(ceng)經讓(rang)很多工程商(shang)疑(yi)惑,其(qi)實(shi)這(zhe)個(ge)是“退出(chu)欠壓保護”的電(dian)壓值(zhi)的問題(ti),這(zhe)個(ge)值(zhi)設置的越(yue)高,在欠壓后(hou)(hou)的恢復時間(jian)越(yue)長,也(ye)(ye)就(jiu)造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)很多天(tian)都無法亮燈。夜間(jian)關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)電(dian)源(yuan)來(lai)實(shi)現輸出(chu)功率(lv)的減半(ban),但實(shi)踐證明,此(ci)種方法只(zhi)會(hui)(hui)導致(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)半(ban)的光源(yuan)首先光衰,亮度不一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)致(zhi)或(huo)者一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)光源(yuan)提(ti)早(zao)損壞(huai)。

二、線損補償
    線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)補償功能目前(qian)常(chang)規的(de)(de)(de)控制器很難做到,因為(wei)需要(yao)軟件設置(zhi),根據不同的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)徑與線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)長給予自動(dong)補償。線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)補償在低(di)壓系(xi)統中其實是很重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de),因為(wei)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di),線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)相對比較(jiao)大,如果沒(mei)有相應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)電(dian)壓補償,輸出端的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓可能會低(di)于(yu)輸入(ru)端很多(duo),這樣就會造成蓄電(dian)池提前(qian)欠壓保(bao)護,蓄電(dian)池容量的(de)(de)(de)實際應(ying)用(yong)率(lv)被打了折扣(kou)。值得注(zhu)意的(de)(de)(de)是,我們在使用(yong)低(di)壓系(xi)統時(shi),為(wei)了降低(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)壓降,盡量不要(yao)使用(yong)太細的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)纜(lan)(lan),線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)纜(lan)(lan)也不要(yao)過(guo)長。

三、散熱
    很(hen)多(duo)控制器(qi)為(wei)了降低成本,沒有考慮(lv)散(san)熱(re)問題,這樣負(fu)載電(dian)流(liu)較(jiao)大(da)或者充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)較(jiao)大(da)時,熱(re)量增(zeng)加,控制器(qi)的場(chang)管內阻(zu)被增(zeng)大(da),導致充(chong)(chong)電(dian)效率大(da)幅下降,場(chang)管過熱(re)后使用(yong)壽命也大(da)大(da)降低甚至(zhi)被燒(shao)毀,尤其(qi)夏季(ji)的室外環境溫(wen)度(du)就很(hen)高,所以良(liang)好的散(san)熱(re)裝置應該是控制器(qi)必(bi)不(bu)可少的。

四、MCT充電模式
    常規的(de)(de)太陽(yang)能控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式是(shi)照抄了(le)(le)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)三(san)(san)段(duan)(duan)式充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)法,即恒流(liu)、恒壓(ya)、浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)三(san)(san)個階段(duan)(duan)。因為市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)能量無(wu)限大,如果(guo)不(bu)進行恒流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),會直接(jie)導(dao)致蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)爆而損壞,但是(shi)太陽(yang)能路燈(deng)系統的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)板(ban)功率有限,所以繼續延用市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)恒流(liu)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)式是(shi)不(bu)科學的(de)(de),如果(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)板(ban)產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大于控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)第(di)一(yi)段(duan)(duan)限制的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),那么就(jiu)造(zao)成了(le)(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效率的(de)(de)下降。充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)式就(jiu)是(shi)追蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)板(ban)的(de)(de)最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),不(bu)造(zao)成浪費,通(tong)過(guo)檢測蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以及(ji)計算溫度補償(chang)值,當蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)接(jie)近峰值的(de)(de)時候(hou),再采取脈沖式的(de)(de)涓流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)法,既能讓蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)滿也防止了(le)(le)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)過(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)。
